DEMAND MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP (PFMA)
Background:
This workshop has been developed to specifically train end users and other role players that due to their daily work requirements must engage in activities that incorporate the procurement of goods and services.
This is therefore a practical workshop for non-SCM practitioners and SCM practitioners empowering them to engage in pre-procurement analyses and understand the SCM environment dictated by legislation and policy prescripts.
Accreditation:
This three-day workshop is not accredited by any unit standard and is specially developed to train line functionaries that has no time to attend a full accredited course.
Purpose of this workshop:
The purpose of this course is to provide programme managers and responsibility managers with the necessary skills and knowledge base to link the strategic plan and goals and objectives to SCM activities and to ensure that the best outcome can be achieved when goods and services needs to be required.
